New Editor In Chief
by Bud Clayman
It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Gabriel Nathan as editor in chief of OC87 Recovery Diaries. Gabe brings with him many years of editing experience as he takes on this new role at our website.
It was my great honor to be the editor in chief of OC87 Recovery Diaries for the past three years. I’m thrilled at the growth and evolution that the website has experienced. And while I’m looking forward to pursuing other life and work goals, I know that Gabe is the perfect person to see OC87 Recovery Diaries into its next phase of development. He is loyal, trustworthy, and — most of all — a good friend.
The OC87 Recovery Diaries website is now entering its fourth year. Our goal has always been to bust the stigma around mental illness, and this year will be no different. As always, we will bring you the finest mental health essays, interviews, and films available. We will publish new columns, stories, and series that engage you, the reader. We pride ourselves on presenting stories that express the true experience of people who live with mental health challenges, in hopes of providing inspiration and encouragement for our audience.
In my continuing role as publisher, I look forward to overseeing the site’s growth and continued well-being for many years to come. I envision OC87 Recovery Diaries as being the go-to place for mental health information. This will take a lot of time and effort to achieve, but I am confident Gabe Nathan will be able to bring that goal to fruition.
So, sit back and enjoy the ride with us as we all enter this new year and exciting time at OC87 Recovery Diaries! Happy New Year!
Sincerely yours,
Bud Clayman
